Lansing Rental Properties

All of our rental properties are smoke free.

 

General kitchen appliances are included at our rental properties, e.g., range and oven, refrigerator and freezer, and garbage disposal. And, many of our rental properties also include additional kitchen appliances, e.g., built-in dishwasher, built-in microwave, breakfast bar with stools. All of our apartment buildings have coin operated laundry facilities for tenants' use and some of our other homes for rent come with a washer and dryer. 

 

All apartment building leases include gas, heat, water, sewer, and garbage removal.  Tenants pay for their own electric usage and any other desired services, e.g., cable television*, Internet, and land line telephone services.  (*Note - Satellite dishes are not allowed to be installed at any of our rental properties.)

 

Tenants pay for all the utilities at each of the houses and duplexes. Snow removal and lawn maintenance are also the responsibility of the tenants in accordance with the City of Lansing Housing Code.

 

Our commercial insurance only covers and protects our rental properties and does not extend to personal property owned by tenants, (such as vehicles and other personal belongings). We urge you to protect your personal items with renter's insurance.
